1. Services Overview

JetDigitalPro provides content creation, SEO optimization, and digital marketing services designed to enhance your online presence.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary materials, information, and approvals within agreed timelines.
• Grant permission to use your trade names, trademarks, and other relevant content necessary for fulfilling the services.

3. Payments

• Payments must be made as outlined in the agreed SOW.
• Invoices are due within seven (7) days of receipt.
• Late payments are subject to interest at a rate of 20% per annum.

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by JetDigitalPro, unless otherwise agreed, is the sole property of the client upon full payment.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information and not disclose it without prior written consent.

6. Warranties and Liabilities

JetDigitalPro warrants commercially reasonable efforts in delivering services. We disclaim all other warranties.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice in the case of a material breach.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert Relevant Jurisdiction].

9. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays resulting from events beyond their reasonable control.
